The hydraulic system

The hydraulic system takes the oil as the working medium, USES the oil pressure energy and through the control valve and other accessories to operate the hydraulic actuator work the whole set of devices. The function of the hydraulic system is to increase the force by changing the pressure. A complete hydraulic system consists of five parts, namely, power components, actuators, control components, auxiliary components (accessories) and hydraulic oil. The quality of a hydraulic system depends on the rationality of the system design, the performance of the system components, the protection and treatment of the system pollution, and the last point is particularly important.

Two hydraulic tubing are respectively by hydraulic pump flow after allocator to big arm oil cylinder of the hydraulic inlet and return pipe, because all of the oil cylinder excavator is two-way force (cylinder out of action, the inlet pipe of the hydraulic oil pressure, oil return pipe of the distributor of the oil return valve flow back into the hydraulic oil tank, instead of the same reason.) Hydraulic pump depends on the change of closed working volume to achieve suction, pressure liquid, so as to convert mechanical energy to hydraulic energy of the machine. Hydraulic pump is the power component of the hydraulic system, liugong excavator accessories function is to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into liquid pressure energy, refers to the oil pump in the hydraulic system, it provides power to the entire hydraulic system. Hydraulic pump structure generally have gear pump, vane pump and plunger pump.
