I. Blow washing method:

Retain the residual oil in the bottom part of the oil tank of liudong excavator parts. Take a plastic tube to pass the compressed air of 19.6 ~ 29.4KPa into the bottom part of the oil tank to make the oil in the oil tank roll. During this process, the end position of the air pipe should be constantly moved to make the entire oil tank fully flushed. When the flushing is over, the oil from the tank should be discharged immediately. Usually, the above action should be repeated two or three times until the oil from the tank is clear.

Ii. Steam method:

Empty the oil in the tank, remove the tank and fill half the tank with clean water. A tube is then inserted into the tank through the nozzle and steam is passed through the tube into the tank, where water boils. After keeping the tank boiling for about an hour, drain the tank with a steam pipe. Because the water in the case of high temperature boiling can be attached to the oil tank inside the gum and oil impurities scour and float on the water surface, with the water empty and its dirt away. Same as "blowing method", repeat this action two to three times, until the water discharged from the tank is clean, it will be regarded as the tank clean.

Iii. Solvent method:

Clean the inside of the tank with hot water and then blow dry it with compressed air. The purpose of this action is to remove oil vapor from the tank. After the steam is removed, take 10% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to thoroughly clean the inside of the oil tank, and then wash it with clean water. After the inside and outside of the oil tank are cleaned, the cleaning will be considered finished.
